Job Title: Sr. Director
Job Location: Miami, FL
Will travel to various locations throughout U.S. for temporary assignments. Working from home in any U.S. location is an option.
Duties:
Responsible for generating and developing business such as:

• Project diagnostics
  
• Proposal development
  
• Sales calls using Oracle HCM
  
  Manage and lead multiple engagement and project teams & identify and resolve issues critical to clients' strategic and operational success. Implement and lead implementation efforts for HR tech programs for Oracle technologies. Provide technical and functional content & present conclusions and recommendations to senior client management. Oversee support of the sales cycle.

• M.S. (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field & 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of experience as a Director or Senior Manager.
  
• Will accept B.S. (or foreign equivalent) & 5 years of managerial experience in the computer industry in lieu of M.S. & 3 years of experience.
  
  Concurrent experience must include:
  
  • 
    
  • 3 years experience supporting the sales cycle
    
  • 3 years experience using Oracle HCM
