Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Support
Agent for a national remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Assist members with questions and provide support throughout the
Level2 program
Utilize multiple web tools and technology to manage client
interactions and coaching
Monitor workflow and deliver quality customer service while
contributing to a positive team culture
Required Qualifications
High school diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
1+ years of customer service experience
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and
Word
Ability to work every Saturday and four weekdays between 11:30 am
and 8:00 pm CST
