Sunflower Farms Distributors Inc., a family-owned business and leading importer of fresh cut flowers, is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Sales Account Executive to join our team.

Our family-owned business has established relationships with a global network of vendors from Ecuador, Colombia, Holland, Guatemala, Thailand, Hawaii, Chile, and Peru. With over 100 years of combined sales expertise, our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our customers.

The Role:

As a Sales Account Executive, you'll play a key role in driving sales growth and building relationships with our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

- Daily customer outreach to discuss sales opportunities, order updates, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with customers to establish standing orders and drive long-term sales objectives
- Prospecting new accounts and identifying fresh opportunities for growth and expansion
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly
- Upholding our company's mission, protocols, and procedures

What We Offer:

- Competitive salary ($40,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience)
- Commission structure and end-of-year bonus opportunities
- Medical insurance, paid vacation, and sick time
- Monday - Friday (7:00am - 4:00pm) and every other Saturday (8:00am - 11:00am)

- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks
